My daily work includes the commentating, negotiating and drafting of master agreements, artist agreements, producer agreements, label agreements, advertising music agreements, publishing agreements, distribution agreements, merchandising agreements, event agreements, artist management agreements, film music and soundtrack agreements, video agreements, sponsoring agreements, gallery agreements, agency agreements and other licensing agreements. Of course I can also assist you in matters concerning copyright collecting societies (GEMA, GVL, VG Wort, VG Bildkunst) and their corresponding agreements (Collection Agency Agreements) as well as the Künstlersozialkasse (social security system for self-employed artists).

My services also include the preparation and conducting of lawsuits, and I am licensed for all German local courts (Amtsgerichte), regional courts (Landesgerichte) and higher regional courts (Oberlandesgerichte).

In addition, I provide legal advice and represent the interests of my clients in the areas of general civil law and in matters concerning employment law and landlord/tenant law, and can offer support in the founding of new businesses.
